Feefo and AAA Travel Extend Their Relationship with the Launch of Traveler Reviews on Trip Canvas

Feefo, the world’s largest verified buyer reviews platform, and AAA, one of North America’s largest and most trusted membership organizations serving over 56 million U.S. members, are delighted to announce the launch of Feefo traveler reviews on Trip Canvas.

Trip Canvas is AAA’s one stop destination for users to dream and plan their next travel experience with access to AAA’s built-in travel savings, discounts and know-how.  And now its users will be able to see over 18,000 reviews and ratings collected by verified AAA members thanks to the extension of its relationship with the Feefo platform. These reviews showcase feedback from AAA members for hotels across the nation where they have stayed. This complements AAA’s one-of-a-kind Diamond designation – awarded to hotels and restaurants that pass a rigorous onsite inspection conducted by trained experts who evaluate the guest experience using consistent, objective criteria. The unique combination of verified traveler reviews and AAA’s unbiased professional inspections provides a one-stop shop unlike any other travel planning resource around. This effort will continue to expand with the addition of cruise and tour reviews  later this year.

Feefo’s verified ratings and reviews help AAA members see what fellow consumers thought of their hotel experience from things such as hotel cleanliness, hotel staff, their room and hotel location. These reviews combined with AAA Inspector reviews, provide a holistic view of service level  expectations and cleanliness to today’s traveler. AAA  will also benefit from the business-building insights Feefo’s state-of-the-art AI technology and tools provide. These insights have proved so powerful for other Feefo travel industry clients they’ve seen their revenues increase by up to 86% in one year.
