WASHINGTON, DC (July 31, 2023) – The AAA Five Diamonds list has two new additions this month: Silversands Grenada in St. George’s, Grenada and Four Seasons Hotel Boston in Boston, Massachusetts.

Silvesands is a sleek and modern beachfront resort that blends luxury with natural beauty. The hotel is anchored by a stunning 330 ft. infinity pool – the longest in the Caribbean. Silversands also features a spa and two miles of soft white sand at Grand Anse Beach.

Newly renovated, Four Seasons Hotel Boston – located in the Back Bay neighborhood – is just steps away from the city’s top attractions. This stylish hotel offers a pool with a view, 24-hour fitness center, and multiple dining options.

Several properties received Four Diamonds for the first time, including Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico and Aspen Meadows Resort in Aspen, Colorado.

AAA Diamond lists are updated monthly, as inspectors visit hotels and restaurants throughout the year.

Four Diamond properties offer upscale amenities and distinctive fine dining.

The 4Cs of AAA Diamonds

Cleanliness: AAA hotel inspections include ATP surface testing, the same technology used to verify cleanliness in the healthcare and food service industries.

Comfort: Inspectors evaluate a property’s quality of experience, range of amenities, and level of hospitality.

Cuisine: Diamond restaurants are assessed on their food, service, and vibe. Inspectors dine at these properties anonymously.

Consistency: AAA Diamond properties – no matter the designation – have one thing in common: consistency. Unlike subjective star reviews, Diamond inspections rely on published guidelines based on industry standards.
