
ORLANDO, Fla. (May 6, 2025) – Malcolm L. (Lee) McAllister was elected chair of the AAA Board of Directors at the 122nd AAA Annual Meeting in Orlando, FL on May 6. McAllister, CEO of Weaver Investment Company, previously served as vice chair before stepping into the role of board chair of one of North America’s largest and most trusted membership organizations serving over 65 million members. Julie Lilly, CEO of ArchBridge Family Office, joins him as vice chair.

As chair, McAllister will work closely with newly elected vice chair Lilly and AAA President and CEO Gene Boehm. Together with AAA clubs, this dynamic group of leaders will come together around a shared vision to bring the products and services members need as they make their journey through life.
McAllister has been an active board member with AAA since 2022 and is also on the board of The Auto Club Group, one of AAA’s 19 membership clubs. Before that, he was Chair of the Carolina Motor Club.

Outside of his role with AAA, McAllister is CEO of Weaver Investment Company, a North Carolina-based commercial and multi-family real estate company. He also oversees KMW Builders, which develops and builds multi-family residences and affordable housing sites. McAllister is also on several other boards, including Park Center Management , Franklin Street Partners, Quaintance-Weaver Management, and Cone Health Cancer Center.
Vice Chair Julie Lilly was elected to the AAA Board of Directors in 2022. She is currently CEO of ArchBridge Family Office in St. Louis, Missouri, overseeing client service and satisfaction, finance, business development, and strategic planning. Lilly also serves on the boards of the Automobile Club of Southern California, the St. Louis Regional Business Council, St. Louis Children’s Hospital Foundation, and the Missouri Botanical Garden. She is the winner of the 2023 Family Wealth Report Awards “Outstanding CEO” designation and a 2018 St. Louis Business Journal “Most Influential Business Women” honoree.
