WASHINGTON, DC (February 23, 2026) – Two hotels are the newest addition to the AAA Five Diamonds list: Privado Villas at Fairmont Scottsdale Princess in Scottsdale, Arizona and The Ritz-Carlton in Mexico City, Mexico. Atomix in New York City is the newest Five Diamond restaurant of the year. AAA Five Diamond properties offer top-of-the-line service, luxurious amenities, and unforgettable culinary experiences.
Two hotels joined the AAA Four Diamonds list this month: The Colonnade Hotel in Boston, Massachusetts and La Quinta Resort & Club, Curio Collection by Hilton in La Quinta, California. AAA Four Diamond properties offer upscale and stylish amenities and elevated dining options.
Throughout the year, AAA Inspectors visit hotels and restaurants across North America, the Caribbean, and Costa Rica unannounced to objectively verify the 4 Cs of AAA Diamonds: Cleanliness, Comfort, Cuisine, and Consistency.
