ORLANDO, FL (July 21, 2026) — AAA is proud to announce the 2026 recipients of its Service Providers of Excellence and Best in Repair awards. Selected from more than 10,000 independent businesses nationwide, 128 businesses were nominated for these prestigious honors. The 24 award recipients represent the very best among AAA service providers and AAA Approved Auto Repair facilities, consistently delivering exceptional customer service, achieving high levels of member satisfaction, and making meaningful contributions to their local communities.
“These awards celebrate two essential parts of AAA’s automotive network: the roadside providers who respond when members need help and the repair facilities that help keep drivers moving safely,” said Bryan Sander, AAA VP of Automotive. “Their dedication to quality, professionalism, and care reflects the trust AAA members place in our automotive network every day.”
AAA encourages drivers to choose trusted automotive professionals for roadside assistance and vehicle repair, and to help protect those who work along the roadside by following Slow Down, Move Over laws and staying alert whenever they approach roadside workers or disabled vehicles.
Roadside technicians, emergency responders, and stranded motorists often work or wait just feet from moving traffic, where speeding, distraction, impairment, and failure to slow down or move over can have devastating consequences. AAA urges drivers to stay alert, drive sober, reduce speed, and move over when safe whenever they approach vehicles on the side of the road, vehicles with flashing lights, hazard lights, or a stopped vehicle.

The AAA Approved Auto Repair Program, created in 1975, is a designation awarded to automotive repair facilities that have met a stringent set of standards developed by AAA. Facilities undergo regular and thorough inspections conducted by AAA service specialists who hold the Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification or original equipment manufacturer equivalent and have extensive knowledge in the field of automotive repair.
