WASHINGTON, DC (August 31, 2026) – Two resorts in Mexico and a restaurant in Nashville are the latest properties to receive the highest designation in the AAA Diamond Program. One&Only Mandarina and Rosewood Mandarina, both located in Nayarit, Mexico, and The Catbird Seat in Nashville, Tennessee, received AAA Five Diamonds this month. Five Diamond hotels and restaurants offer world-class service, luxurious amenities, and exceptional culinary experiences. Also this month, three hotels and three restaurants earned AAA Four Diamonds for their high-end accommodations and elevated cuisine.
Throughout the year, AAA Inspectors visit hotels and restaurants across North America, the Caribbean, and Costa Rica unannounced to objectively verify the 4 Cs of AAA Diamonds: Cleanliness, Comfort, Cuisine, and Consistency.
