WASHINGTON, DC (August 25, 2025) – Nine hotels and three restaurants are the newest AAA Four Diamond properties. From Black Desert Resort near Zion National Park in Utah to The Publisher Fredericksburg in Virginia, this month’s hotels offer modern luxury and attention to detail. The newest restaurants on the AAA Four Diamond list are located in tropical settings: Amelia Island, Puerto Rico, and Barbados. Throughout the year, AAA Inspectors visit hotels and restaurants across North America, the Caribbean, and Costa Rica unannounced to objectively verify the 4 Cs of AAA Diamonds: Cleanliness, Comfort, Cuisine, and Consistency.
