President and CEO Gene Boehm

Gene Boehm is president and chief executive officer of AAA Inc., a not-for-profit federation of 19 mobility clubs serving more than 58 million members across the United States. He leads the organization with a strategic focus on saving lives, creating member value, and delivering exceptional experiences.
Boehm is known for championing a “I love my job” culture that inspires AAA employees to deliver exceptional service—whether rescuing members on the roadside, providing peace of mind through insurance, creating memorable travel experiences or helping Members maximize the value of their membership. Under his leadership, AAA continues to be one of the most trusted brands in America.
Before joining AAA, Boehm served as senior vice president at The Auto Club Group, where he led strategy, sustainability and direct operations. His career also includes leadership roles at PwC, Allstate, Arthur Andersen and Walgreens, with a consistent focus on people and customer experience.
He holds a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Illinois State University. Boehm has been married to his wife, Katie, for 29 years. They have two adult sons, Adam and Luke, and enjoy traveling and running marathons together.
