  • David Polansky

    Executive Vice President, Association Services

    David Polansky serves as Executive Vice President, Association Services at AAA. In his role at North America’s largest motoring and leisure travel organization, he has oversight of Automotive, Accounting & Finance, Information Technology, Legal, Human Resources, Purchasing, Corporate Services and Strategic Partnerships departments. He has been with the Association since 2016, most recently serving as senior vice president of Association Services. He also serves as a board member for AAA Life.

    Prior to joining AAA, Polansky served as CFO and chief operating officer of Global Operations at The Institute of Internal Auditors, a professional association of 109 affiliates representing the global profession of internal auditing. In 2005, Polansky was CFO for a publicly traded human capital management software provider. His experience also includes the top financial post for Arnold Palmer Golf and similar positions within the hotel and timeshare business.

    Polansky holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration from the University of Central Florida.

  • Douglas Kelly

    Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Public and International Affairs

    Douglas Kelly serves as Vice President & General Counsel at AAA, North America’s largest motoring and leisure travel organization. He joined the organization, which serves more than 60 million members, in August 2020 bringing more than two decades of legal experience. Kelly provides strategic direction to AAA’s Legal, Corporate Affairs and Insurance Services departments.

    Prior to joining AAA, Kelly served as Senior Vice President & Associate General Counsel at Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation. Previous to that position, he held various legal positions with Marriott International, Inc for nearly six years. He also worked in the Orlando office of the law firm Holland & Knight LLP, specializing in commercial litigation, and served as an adjunct professor of law at Florida A&M’s University College of Law.

    Kelly holds a Juris Doctorate with Honors from the University of Florida College Of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Florida A&M University. He is an active member of the Florida Bar and a member of the board of directors of the Central Florida chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel, where he previously served as the chapter’s president.

    Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

    AAA member since 1990

    Jason Hosaflook serves as vice president & chief financial officer (CFO) at AAA. He has worked at North America’s largest motoring and leisure travel organization for more than 25 years serving in progressively responsible roles, including Controller.

    As CFO, Hosaflook has direct oversight for all accounting operations, including financial reporting, tax, compliance, payroll, accounting operations, as well as Building Facilities and Procurement. In addition, Hosaflook serves as Assistant Treasurer for the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety and Treasurer for AAA Life Re, Ltd

    Hosaflook holds a Bachelor of Arts including the Post Baccalaureate Program in Accounting from Stetson University and is a licensed C.P.A.

  • Margaret Diego Pittelkow

    Vice President, AAA Automotive

    As Vice President, AAA Automotive, Margaret provides overall leadership in the development and execution of AAA’s strategic vision related to core AAA Automotive services. These services include AAA’s Roadside Assistance, Partner & Affinity Programs, Field Operations, Driver Training Programs, Automotive Engineering research, Automotive Repair services, and Automotive Technology.

    Margaret’s AAA career expands over three decades - inclusive of directing call center operations, managing organizational changes, developing new programs, building partnerships, improving and transforming the member experience to remain relevant. She is also responsible for the development of new services offered, the digital transformation of legacy systems, the growth in overall business, and the efforts for continuous, improved quality. She is responsible for the unified efforts of AAA clubs across North America, serving more than 60 million AAA members.

    Margaret holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Regis University in Denver. She is a student of life and enjoys finding ways to make things better.

    Pittelkow began her association career at AAA Wisconsin in 1990, where she managed the communications center and then became Automotive Services director. She joined AAA, Inc. in 1994 as a regional manager and later progressed to Emergency Road Service (ERS) director. In 2000, she was promoted to ERS network managing director.

    She holds bachelor’s degrees in business administration and public relations from Regis University in Denver.

    Jill Ingrassia

    Vice President, Public Affairs

    Ingrassia directs policy and programs for AAA’s national federal and state government relations and traffic safety advocacy teams. She oversees the development and implementation of public policy strategy of concern to AAA members and AAA business operations, including mobility and transportation safety, energy, and intelligent transportation systems and automated vehicles.

    Ingrassia has worked on a variety of advocacy and policy initiatives with AAA to help improve safety for the road’s most vulnerable users—children, teens and older drivers. She has represented AAA on a number of coalitions with national transportation and safety organizations, including past Board chairman of ITS America, membership on the Transportation Safety Advancement Group, and past chairman of The Road Gang, an affiliation of transportation professionals.

    Before joining AAA, Ingrassia worked as a legislative assistant to former Governor and U.S. Senator Jim Exon of Nebraska. She holds a B.A. from Nebraska Wesleyan University in Spanish and Global Studies.

    Stacey Barber

    Vice President, Travel Services

    As vice president of travel services, Barber provides leadership and strategic direction for all of the association’s travel services. She creates and manages strategic alliances, maximizing relationships with preferred suppliers in an effort to increase member benefits. Additionally, her responsibilities include guiding the development of innovative technology solutions to support AAA clubs in the delivery of differentiated travel products and services to members.

    She has been a technology industry leader for the past 15 years. Prior to joining AAA in July 2015 as managing director of Travel Technology and Data Management, Barber held various executive roles with Travelclick, Lightmaker of America, Darden Restaurants in technology, operations, digital marketing and project management.

    Barber is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Management Information Systems.

    Vice President, Chief Technology Officer

    Dave Ugan serves as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at
    AAA, Inc. He joined AAA, Inc. in 2023, bringing more than 20 years of
    experience in leveraging technology to grow businesses.

    As Chief Technology Officer, Ugan oversees the research, development,
    and deployment of innovative technologies that enhance the customer
    experience and improve the operations of the AAA clubs.

    Ugan’s background is in growing companies through innovation and
    technology. He has experience in strategic planning, turn-arounds,
    and acquisitions. Prior to AAA Inc., Ugan worked in a number of
    industries and has experience with startup, private equity, and large
    cap companies.

    Ugan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Marquette
    University, an MBA from the University of Southern California, a Green
    Belt in Six Sigma, and numerous certifications in cyber security and
    technology. In 2013, he received his first patent for a multi-sensory
    environment room.

    With nearly 15 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, digital, and storytelling, Meg leads a diverse team of strategic partnerships, communications, brand, creative, business intelligence, data analytics, consumer insights, digital, membership, and strategy professionals committed to elevating the AAA brand to new heights. Before joining AAA, Meg spearheaded global branding efforts at Travel + Leisure Co., where she led building a new brand architecture that laid the foundation for scalability and future growth of the business.

    Meg holds a Bachelor of Arts from New England College, as well as certificates in AI in Marketing and Marketing & Analytics from the University of Virginia. She is the recipient of multiple performance awards; most recently winning Orlando Business Journal’s 40 under 40 (2025) and the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) award for Best Integrated Marketing Communications – Sports Illustrated Resorts (2024).      

    Meg is passionate about working with Clubs to shape the next chapter of the AAA story and connecting with the next generation of Members. When Meg isn’t shaping the future of the AAA brand, she’s likely training for her next triathlon, traveling to the next National Park, or spending quality time with her family, friends, and beloved pets.
