Douglas Kelly
Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Government and International AffairsView Full BioDoug Kelly is senior vice president, general counsel and head of government and international affairs at AAA, Inc. He oversees the legal, corporate affairs, insurance and risk management, audit services, public affairs and international relations for the organization.
Before joining AAA, Kelly served as senior vice president and associate general counsel at Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corp. He also held legal roles at Marriott International Inc., practiced commercial litigation at Holland & Knight LLP in Orlando and served as an adjunct professor at Florida A&M University College of Law.
Kelly holds a juris doctorate with honors from the University of Florida College of Law and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Florida A&M University. He is an active member of the Florida Bar and serves on the board of directors of the Central Florida chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel.

Jason Hosaflook

Hosaflook oversees all accounting and finance operations, AAA’s financial services products, including the AAA Member Rewards Visa credit card, and the organization’s data insights. He is known for his strategic leadership and commitment to operational excellence.
He holds a bachelor’s degree and post-baccalaureate certificate in accounting from Stetson University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant.

Margaret Diego Pittelkow
Vice President, AutomotiveView Full BioMargaret Diego Pittelkow serves as AAA, Inc.’s vice president of Automotive, where she leads core automotive services, including AAA’s legendary roadside assistance, cutting-edge automotive research, driver training programs, automotive repair services and Member care.
Her AAA career spans more than three decades and includes directing call center operations, developing new programs, building partnerships and transforming the Member experience.
Pittelkow holds bachelor’s degrees in business administration and public relations from Regis University in Denver. She is a lifelong learner who enjoys spending time with her family.

Jill Ingrassia
Vice President, Public AffairsView Full BioJill Ingrassia is vice president of public affairs at AAA, Inc., where she directs policy and programs for the organization’s federal and state government relations and traffic safety advocacy.
Her work focuses on mobility and transportation safety, energy, intelligent transportation systems, and emerging vehicle technologies. Ingrassia has led initiatives to address distracted and impaired driving, improve roadside safety and advocate for transportation funding and innovation.
She has represented AAA on numerous boards and coalitions, including serving as past board chair of ITS America, member of the Transportation Safety Advancement Group, past chair of The Road Gang and current board member of the Public Affairs Council.
Before joining AAA, Ingrassia worked as a legislative assistant to former Nebraska Gov. and U.S. Sen. Jim Exon. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and global studies from Nebraska Wesleyan University.

Stacey Barber
Vice President, Travel ServicesView Full BioAs vice president of travel services, Barber provides leadership and strategic direction for all of the association’s travel services. She creates and manages strategic alliances, maximizing relationships with preferred suppliers in an effort to increase member benefits. Additionally, her responsibilities include guiding the development of innovative technology solutions to support AAA clubs in the delivery of differentiated travel products and services to members.
She has been a technology industry leader for the past 15 years. Prior to joining AAA in July 2015 as managing director of Travel Technology and Data Management, Barber held various executive roles with Travelclick, Lightmaker of America, Darden Restaurants in technology, operations, digital marketing and project management.
Barber is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Management Information Systems.
